James graduated from the Anglo European College of Chiropractic following an undergraduate degree in Sport and Exercise Science. From an early age, James expressed a keen interest in sport and exercise and growing up, he threw himself into football, taekwondo and gym training and was certainly no stranger to sport injuries. James has a passion for sport and exercise in all forms. Complementing his chiropractic training with his sport’s science knowledge, in 2014 James completed a season’s internship at AFC Bournemouth. James works at Southcote Chiropractic Clinic in Maidstone and also runs a Chiropractic clinic within the CrossFit gym in Ashford. Fostering a firm belief that ‘injury prevention’ is the way forward in sport’s healthcare, James harnesses his academic and practical understanding of sports and exercise to help prevent injury and fulfil his patients’ goals. James enjoys training himself, as well as playing golf and socialising. He is in the final stage of completing his sports chiropractic course through the International Federation of Sports Chiropractic – FICS which will allow James to apply his knowledge in working with the elite sportsman. James has experience with professional football teams such as AFC Bournemouth Gillingham FC & Aldershot Town FC. In his free time James enjoys playing golf, watching football & rugby and also enjoys spending time with his family and friends. As James has a passion for Chiropractic he also frequently reads up on the latest research and attends regular CPD courses to improve his knowledge and to provide the best care possible. James graduated from the Anglo European College of Chiropractic following an undergraduate degree in Sport and Exercise Science. From an early age, James expressed a keen interest in sport and exercise and growing up, he threw himself into football, taekwondo and gym training and was certainly no stranger to sport injuries. James has a passion for sport and exercise in all forms. Complementing his chiropractic training with his sport’s science knowledge, in 2014 James completed a season’s internship at AFC Bournemouth. James works at Southcote Chiropractic Clinic in Maidstone and also runs a Chiropractic clinic within the CrossFit gym in Ashford. Fostering a firm belief that ‘injury prevention’ is the way forward in sport’s healthcare, James harnesses his academic and practical understanding of sports and exercise to help prevent injury and fulfil his patients’ goals. James enjoys training himself, as well as playing golf and socialising. He is in the final stage of completing his sports chiropractic course through the International Federation of Sports Chiropractic – FICS which will allow James to apply his knowledge in working with the elite sportsman. James has experience with professional football teams such as AFC Bournemouth Gillingham FC & Aldershot Town FC. In his free time James enjoys playing golf, watching football & rugby and also enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
