She has a particular interest in treating sports injuries, working with various rugby and football teams, including All Golds rugby league. Her dissertation focused on the relationships between biomechanical screening scores and injury incidence in male championship rugby players. She supplemented her studies, gaining further qualifications in personal training and sports massage.Issie initially came to her career through an interest in anatomy and physiology, though her passion deepened through an injury she sustained when at university. This gave her much deeper appreciation of the patient journey through her own recovery, focusing on the psychological aspects of recovery from long-term chronic injury. Issie is supplementing her training with a masters in Physiotherapy at Cardiff University to bring in a greater understanding of neurological aspects of long-term injury.Away from the clinic, Issie is an avid horse-rider and rugby fan. At the start of your appointment, your practitioner will introduce themselves and take you down to their treatment room. There, you will go through your medical history, and discuss your problem to allow us to deeply understand the issue that has brought you to us. Your first appointment will typically include both examination and treatment, as your practitioner will need to understand how well your body responds to treatment before putting together your plan. Your diagnosis will then be reported back to you and treatment options discussed. A typical treatment plan at Kube Medical will be managed in stages of four to six treatments with progress measured against your stated goals. We follow guidelines from our professional bodies and evidenced based guidelines to help us set these. If appropriate, your plan will also include referral to other practitioners within the clinic. At the end of the appointment, your practitioner will accompany you back to reception where the team will get you booked in for your plan. Our history Kube Medical was established in 2008 by Clinical Director, Samantha Campbell. Samantha started her career working in a Chiropractic clinic. With Chiropodists for parents, and a former RAF reservist, she quickly recognised the value of teamwork, patient care and a collaborative approach. With this in mind, she set up Kube Medical to deliver a great patient experience, by harnessing the skills of multiple professions. Initially operating from multiple locations in Swindon and West Oxfordshire, and providing Physiotherapy services to insurance patients across the South West region, Kube Medical now operates from a single location in central Swindon. This allows all of the patients we serve to benefit from the full range of treatments we can offer. Over time, the team has grown to include Chiropractors, Osteopaths, Physiotherapists, Sports Therapists, massage therapists, and soft tissue and rehabilitation specialists. They have expanded their knowledge by attendance of several courses to widen their skill set when it comes to treating Pregnant patients, new-born babies, toddlers and teenagers. These courses give our practitioners a wide variety of therapeutic skills from Craniosacral Techniques to Cranial Osteopathy, Cranial Chiropractic, Craniopathy to SacroOccipital techniques. The combination of this specialist high level training allows our practitioners to carefully examine you or your baby/Child and recommend a specialist treatment which may involve elements of some or all of the above; but ultimately will be tailored to patient need, pain levels and age etc. Our skills Samantha sees large numbers of newborn babies and children, and only accepts new adult patients who are pregnant, or have a cranial issue requiring her expertise. Having attended a wide range postgraduate chiropractic paediatric courses she uses a range of treatment options which consists of gentle spinal, cranial and visceral techniques, specialised paediatric cranial and intraoral adjusting.Completing her tongue tie assessment course in 2021 she integrates this into every paediatric consultation; not only those with feeding or latch difficulties. You’ll be greeted by our friendly reception team who will take you through the necessary paperwork. At the start of your appointment, your practitioner will introduce themselves and take you down to their treatment room. There, you will go through your medical history, and discuss your problem to allow us to deeply understand the issue that has brought you to us. Your first appointment will typically include both examination and treatment, as your practitioner will need to understand how well your body responds to treatment before putting together your plan. Your diagnosis will then be reported back to you and treatment options discussed. A typical treatment plan at Kube Medical will be managed in stages of four to six treatments with progress measured against your stated goals. We follow guidelines from our professional bodies and evidenced based guidelines to help us set these. If appropriate, your plan will also include referral to other practitioners within the clinic. At the end of the appointment, your practitioner will accompany you back to reception where the team will get you booked in for your plan. Our history Kube Medical was established in 2008 by Clinical Director, Samantha Campbell. Samantha started her career working in a Chiropractic clinic. With Chiropodists for parents, and a former RAF reservist, she quickly recognised the value of teamwork, patient care and a collaborative approach. With this in mind, she set up Kube Medical to deliver a great patient experience, by harnessing the skills of multiple professions. Initially operating from multiple locations in Swindon and West Oxfordshire, and providing Physiotherapy services to insurance patients across the South West region, Kube Medical now operates from a single location in central Swindon.
