He then spent almost 3 years working at two highly successful clinics, Birkdale Chiropractic Clinic in Southport and Chiropractic Associates Preston Ltd, where he continued his education and experience working alongside excellent Chiropractors with many years of professional experience. For the past five and half years, he has continued his Chiropractic Education in the US, completing his U.S. National Board Certifications. Additionally during this time he has gained further clinical and managerial experience as the Medical Director at Diamond Ranch Academy, a successful residential treatment centre for troubled teens in the Western United States. In 2013 John returned to his home town of Huddersfield to further his practice of Chiropractic, and settle once again in the beautiful setting of the Colne Valley. In establishing a clinic here, he aims to bring the clinical expertise he has acquired over the past several years to treat the people of this area, in a professional caring manner, and assist many who suffer with back pain, neck pain, joint pain, head aches, and other neuromuscular conditions find relief in a natural and effective way. &copy All rights reserved. He has several years’ clinical experience, both here and in the US, and he combines a modern evidence-based approach with the traditional practice of hands-on treatment to offer you an excellent health care service. What is chiropractic health care? Chiropractic is a well established and regulated Health Care Profession, which deals with the diagnosis and treatment of mechanical neuromusculoskeletal disorders, that is, disorders of the joints, muscles and tissues which can cause you pain, or otherwise effect the nervous system and general health. Primarily treatment involves hands on manipulation and mobilisation of spinal and extremity joints to restore correct function and reduce pain.
