We also focus on preventative care and supporting overall well-being – so even if you’re not in pain, you may still benefit from care!Do chiropractic adjustments hurt?Adjustments are generally gentle and tailored to your comfort. Most people feel relief afterwards, though some may experience mild soreness – similar to post-exercise stiffness – especially if it’s your first time or your body is adapting.
