My journey began in 2002, when I completed extensive training at the prestigious Academy of Natural Health in Covent Garden, London. Since then, I’ve built a successful practice in the North-East, where I have the privilege of working with clients from all walks of life. My approach centres around listening—both to what my clients say during consultations and what their bodies tell me through touch. Whether you’re seeking scar tissue therapy or a massage, I tailor every session to your unique needs. My goal is to enhance your wellbeing on both a physical and emotional level, using a range of techniques to support your body’s healing process. In recent years, I’ve expanded my practice to focus on scar therapy, after completing specialist training with Emma Holly’s Restore Scar Tissue Management. Scar therapy can be an essential part of recovery following surgery, injury, or illness, and I understand the emotional weight that scars can carry. I work closely with each client to help them navigate their personal healing journey, recognising that no two experiences are the same. Additionally, I am proud to specialise in creating a safe, comfortable space for neurospicy clients—those with neurodivergent conditions like ADHD, autism, and more. I understand that for many of these clients, traditional massage settings can feel overwhelming. My aim is to ensure that every client feels welcome, understood, and completely at ease during their time with me. I’ve had the privilege of working with several neurospicy clients who have shared with me how comfortable and relaxed they feel in my care, and their feedback is something I deeply value. Ultimately, my work is more than just a profession—it’s a vocation that brings me immense joy and fulfilment. My journey began in 2002, when I completed extensive training at the prestigious Academy of Natural Health in Covent Garden, London. Since then, I’ve built a successful practice in the North-East, where I have the privilege of working with clients from all walks of life. My approach centres around listening—both to what my clients say during consultations and what their bodies tell me through touch. Whether you’re seeking scar tissue therapy or a massage, I tailor every session to your unique needs. My goal is to enhance your wellbeing on both a physical and emotional level, using a range of techniques to support your body’s healing process. In recent years, I’ve expanded my practice to focus on scar therapy, after completing specialist training with Emma Holly’s Restore Scar Tissue Management. Scar therapy can be an essential part of recovery following surgery, injury, or illness, and I understand the emotional weight that scars can carry. I work closely with each client to help them navigate their personal healing journey, recognising that no two experiences are the same. Additionally, I am proud to specialise in creating a safe, comfortable space for neurospicy clients—those with neurodivergent conditions like ADHD, autism, and more. I understand that for many of these clients, traditional massage settings can feel overwhelming. My aim is to ensure that every client feels welcome, understood, and completely at ease during their time with me. I’ve had the privilege of working with several neurospicy clients who have shared with me how comfortable and relaxed they feel in my care, and their feedback is something I deeply value. Ultimately, my work is more than just a profession—it’s a vocation that brings me immense joy and fulfilment. She spends time getting to know what you are looking for from your massage and always manages to come up with just what you need, whether it is deep-tissue work on a particular part of the body or a soothing, relaxing massage. Recently, I have been having her one and a half hour massages and they are exceptionally wonderful! KATHYOGA TEACHER Jane offers a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere where you can unmask and fully relax. She is an approachable and highly skilled practitioner who customises each session on the day. The massages are adapted to my sensory needs – laying on my side instead of face down, not massaging the front of my neck. Jane is very accommodating and empathetic. I always feel a huge difference in how by body feels at the end of an appointment. I’d highly recommend Jane to anyone who is neurodivergent and nervous about going for a massage. After receiving radiotherapy on my neck, I was feeling some tightness and stiffness in my shoulder, back and neck area.
