Here you’ll find some information on us, our background and what makes us tick! Mrs Elaine Moore DC - Chiropractor BSc (Hons) Chiro, MSc (Nutrition), FRCC Elaine started Cullercoats Family Chiropractic in 2006 having graduated from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic in 2005. She has over the years carried out a number of post graduate qualifications and courses in pregnancy and paediatrics, sport, exercise and nutrition amongst others and this has strengthened the clinic’s offering. Her background in sport (Netball to national academy level and Athletics) has given her a great foundation in understanding optimum performance of the body in sport, and out of the sporting arena. Elaine has completed and led medical services at several national and international sporting events supporting the British Masters Athletics Teams. She is passionate about delivering high quality musculoskeletal care and focuses her energy through the clinic to provide this for the community. She is married to Daniel and they have two sons Dominic and Matthew. Mr Daniel Moore DC - Chiropractor BSc (Hons), MChiro, PgCert (MSK Ultrasound), MRCC Daniel graduated from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic and joined Cullercoats Family Chiropractic in 2013. Over the years he has extended his post graduate study towards diagnostic clinical ultrasound scanning (PgCert), paediatrics and sport. Growing up Daniel has been involved in multiple sports to a county and national standard and won national titles in mountain biking. He understands through sport, and now through his profession, the importance of your body being able to perform at a high standard whether you enjoy taking a walk along our beautiful coast or you have an elite number for the Great North Run. Daniel occasionally runs local seminars for professionals and for patients on a number of topics which can be found in the services section of this website. He is also Head of Medical Services at Newcastle United Women’s Football Club (NUWFC), he is a medical tutor for The FA and runs Emergancy Aid (EA) and Basic First Aid for Sport (BFAS) courses through Northumberland FA. He is also a member of the medical team for the British Masters Athletics Team at national level events. He is married to Elaine and very much enjoys time with his sons Dominic and Matthew.
