His considerable general practice experience gained over many years allows him to quickly understand and ensure good advice is always readily available. From personal tax returns, through to full company audits, Nick assists a wide range of organisations, companies, partnerships, sole traders and charities to achieve their strategic and operational goals and maintain compliance in the complex world of regulations. His experience and, in particular his thorough tax knowledge means he enjoys working with businesses of all sizes and has a keen interest in entrepreneurial clients who are looking to take their business’ forward.Nick has experienced life outside accountancy having worked for ICI and been for several years an executive member at Colchester Borough Council. He has followed a first degree in economics with post-graduate studies in leadership and management, both at Loughborough University, from where a deep interest in sport has been maintained. Clare Pudney | Bookkeeping Clare is the newest member of the Taylor Rushby team, joining us after previously working in business administration, retail and training. She is responsible for our client bookkeeping services, including account reconciliation and credit control and will often be the first point of contact for our clients. Bev Brown | Payroll ManagerWith experience of a range of businesses, Bev maintains the Taylor Rushby payroll department, dealing with all aspects of our clients weekly and monthly payroll administration. This includes Workplace Pensions and in particular CIS and the Construction Industry Scheme. Jane Hobson | Marketing & Business Support Having experience as a business owner, Jane has worked in many different sectors both in the UK and internationally. She provides individual clients and companies with external business support services in areas other than accountancy, including marketing, recruitment, business development and sales. Ludmila Oulianova-Hookings | AccountantLudmila qualified as a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians in 2006 and has experience of various accountancy roles within a range of different organisations. Mila manages the production of our client year end and management accounts and is a part qualified member of the ACCA.
