Spending quality family time at home or on new adventures abroad is what he cherishes the most. Claire Le Marechal Claire is exceptionally hard working and enjoys the details and precise nature of her job. Extremely conscientious and a fantastic person to work with.Claire worked in industry as a highly valued member of a local business as a management accountant/bookkeeper for over 25 years. She had always aspired to work in private practice so that she could interact with various clients and businesses adding value to them with her knowledge and good business practice. With an extremely kind nature and fun personality, she is well liked by our clients.Claire has a high level of knowledge regarding bookkeeping, and she can use all the main accounting software’s that are available. Claire provides new and existing clients with a full bookkeeping service, which includes input of data, reconciliations, VAT, CIS, Payroll/Pension, and extraction of data for year-end reporting/analysis along with the final journals to reconcile client’s internal system with the statutory accounts. Claire loves to spend time with her family. She has two daughters and three wonderful grandchildren and counting. She loves spending time with them above all else. Claire is also a regular at boot camp to keep fit but also enjoys a good series on Netflix. Julia Rennie Julia has been an integral member of our team for 12 years and counting. Prior to her time here, she ran her own successful business in London, which she sold and enjoys buying and managing her own buy to lets. She also enjoys helping her community in Tangley as a Parish Council Clerk. She enjoys interacting in our office and with clients, many of whom have been with Hazell Minshall Accountants longer than she has. Generally speaking, she is extremely popular everywhere she goes.Julia has exceptionally high standards and has a can do attitude to everything in her life. She has been a bookkeeper for many years using SAGE and Xero software predominantly for local businesses. Julia also assists with Tax return preparations/Submissions, Rental accounts and pretty much everything relating to residential and commercial property which is her passion.As a landlord herself, she loves to assist our clients who privately own commercial and or residential property in a number of ways as detailed below: Serviced offices, private residential flats, holiday lets and industrial/commercial sites. Due to her experience, she can also advise clients in relation to: Tenant find, allowable/disallowable expenses, leases, maintenance, business rates and small business rates relief, regular reviews of utility company and insurance providers to ensure competitive rates, insurance claims and legal compliance requirements.She has been involved with property disposals and acquisitions, capital allowance claims and all other aspects of both commercial and privately owned buy to let property management. She is also familiar with the planning system.In her personal life she is a keen walker, tennis player and off-road mountain biker. She has two terriers which she walks twice a day. She enjoys sailing and has her Day Skipper qualification. Travel has been a big part of her life as her husband is a yacht captain, so she has visited him all over the world with her two sons who have now left home. Claire loves to spend time with her family. She has two daughters and three wonderful grandchildren and counting. She loves spending time with them above all else. Prior to her time here, she ran her own successful business in London, which she sold and enjoys buying and managing her own buy to lets.
