Tiffany has no previous experience in accounting but is the office ninja at everything else – all the stuff the rest of us have no clue about.Her Practice Manager role includes overseeing all internal matters such as HR and employee progression, GDPR, IT, insurance, customer and supplier contracts and marketing.We headhunted Tiffany from her previous role as she had all the attributes and skills to move our practice forward. She has a high level of initiative, has a wealth of experience and is an extremely fast learner.Before working at EP tax, she was part of a high-profile team within Capita for the MOD and Army Recruitment for over 3 years. Whilst at Capita she was headhunted (we’re not sure she’s ever actually applied for a job before as she seems to just keep getting poached) for a new SLAM pilot team.
