My name is Terry Breeze. I have been practicing the gentle art of McTimoney chiropractic for 30 years, following from my own back pain and sciatica resolving fully from the treatment. I offer treatment at my home in Chesham. I also use soft tissue release techniques, massage and medical acupuncture where appropriate. A misalignment of the joints can occur for many reasons; some of the most common are incorrect lifting, car or sporting accidents, falls, stress and poor posture. This can lead to pain, numbness, pins and needles or restricted mobility. John McTimoney developed a safe, gentle​​, whole body ​​treatment, working in the 1950s. The gentle nature of the method makes it suitable for people of all ages and all levels of fitness. McTimoney Chiropractic is a simple and gentle method of assisting the body to realign itself by mobilising and rebalancing the joints and stimulating the nervous system, thus improving health and wellbeing.
