We therefore ask all patients to reschedule their appointments if they are experiencing infectious symptoms such as vomiting or diarrhoea (within 48 hours or appointment ), elevated temperature, flu symptoms, covid symptoms, or even a cold in the early stages as quite frankly we don't want to catch those or pass them around either and when your body is in an inflammatory state battling an infection or a virus it will not respond well to treatment. When you arrive please wait in your car, or enjoy the sunshine and fresh air on our patients bench and your therapist will come out to fetch you (in wet weather this definitely translates into us waving from the door!!). If you want to use the loo whilst waiting please feel free to come in. If you have walked here or been given a lift/taxi please feel free to take a seat in the waiting room.
