Great spot right in the middle of Canary Wharf, five stars. My chiropractor is David, great guy, very thorough from the first session. The initial appointment was really thoughtful, taking time to understand what was going on and explain things clearly. Each session since has been meaningful like we’d try different things treatment wise, and he always checks in at the start and end about how things have been, what’s working or not, and makes sure expectations are clear. I do feel better overall, can’t say exactly what’s down to what, but it’s been a really positive experience either way. The customer service side is brilliant too i.e. booking and reminders are super easy. David’s fantastic, very professional, and you can tell he actually cares about his clients. I saw Jonathan after having pain in my lower back, and within minutes he figured out what was going on, and manipulated my spine to provide relief. He also gave me some good exercises to do at home. I came for another visit and he did the same, and basically pain was gone in a week. Really appreciated his scientific approach and reassurance, and will come again if needed. I have worked with Lars (4 visits) and David ( 2 visits) over the last 4-5 weeks, having attended initially with a very sore, stiff lower back. Now completely recovered. What I found different about Lars and David's approach is that it is holistic - it's not just about manipulation to achieve the crack but encompasses massage (manual and with gun), advice on stretching/other exercises to loosen the back, and even advice on my deadlift technique. He is passionate about helping others achieve optimal health through the treatment and advice he provides. His main interests lie in back and neck issues, headaches arising from the neck, upper and lower limb problems and the biomechanics of the jaw. Jack also has an interest in helping those with musculoskeletal issues related to pregnancy. Following an international school education in various countries, he graduated from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic and has subsequently worked across London in Canary Wharf, Ealing and Harley Street. Football and tennis are his interests outside of work, and keeping fit and healthy. He is a member of the British Chiropractic Association and is registered with the General Chiropractic Council. He is passionate about delivering high-end care to all his clients and focuses on educating and empowering them to take control of their recovery, providing guidance through a journey where they have everything they need to make a full recovery. Success for him is being able to help a client return to their desired activities pain-free. He is widely experienced, treating a diverse range of individuals from all walks of life including professional sportspeople to post-operative patients who have had knee/hip replacements to stressed office-workers. Over the past five years of his career he has honed his rehabilitation skills. This quality has led him to help rugby players, elite athletes, Olympians and Cirque de Soleil performers, amongst others. Jonathan is also a keen sportsman himself, previously performing as trapeze artist. When possible he likes to keep up with regular sessions of floor gymnastics. The initial appointment was really thoughtful, taking time to understand what was going on and explain things clearly. Each session since has been meaningful like we’d try different things treatment wise, and he always checks in at the start and end about how things have been, what’s working or not, and makes sure expectations are clear. I do feel better overall, can’t say exactly what’s down to what, but it’s been a really positive experience either way. The initial appointment was really thoughtful, taking time to understand what was going on and explain things clearly. Each session since has been meaningful like we’d try different things treatment wise, and he always checks in at the start and end about how things have been, what’s working or not, and makes sure expectations are clear. I do feel better overall, can’t say exactly what’s down to what, but it’s been a really positive experience either way. I saw Jonathan after having pain in my lower back, and within minutes he figured out what was going on, and manipulated my spine to provide relief. He also gave me some good exercises to do at home. I have worked with Lars (4 visits) and David ( 2 visits) over the last 4-5 weeks, having attended initially with a very sore, stiff lower back. Now completely recovered. What I found different about Lars and David's approach is that it is holistic - it's not just about manipulation to achieve the crack but encompasses massage (manual and with gun), advice on stretching/other exercises to loosen the back, and even advice on my deadlift technique.
